Even Governor Tomblin's property tax break wasn't enough to bribe the Cracker plant to locate here because of regulations and other higher taxes. The free market and property rights do a much better job policing than the government does. If government regulation worked there would be no Angie's List. Angie's List does a much better job of protecting the consumer than government regulations.
